PRE-ORDERS:

• Are not required, but considering our production will be small batch it will greatly help us accurately understand the demand to avoid over-producing. Must be picked up November 22nd, at Chris James Cellars during our happy hour from 3 to 6 pm! If you need an exception of course, we will consider arranging another time and place for drop-off or pickup. Email sami@vinotrece.com
• Sauces will be available for purchase during the happy hour, but with limited supply, we cannot guarantee availability without a pre-order.

At this time, we are not taking orders from customers outside of Oregon, unless you’ve arranged something with Sami. Additionally, as of November 2025 we are not ready to ship product.
