A Hospitality professional of 24 years specializing in Marketing Strategy, & Hospitality Program Development, turned Private Chef of 5 years bringing her version of what Hospitality looks like. Sami takes a fine-dining approach to PNW meets BBQ with a Latin flare, and also incorporates many years of formal education in Holistic Nutrition.

We steer clear away from all single use products such as plastic containers for foods, sauces, utensils, etc & try to create as little trash as possible.
