A Hospitality professional of 24 years specializing in Marketing, Hospitality Program Development, turned Private Chef of 5 years. Sami incorporates many years of formal education in Holistic Nutrition and takes a fine-dining approach to PNW meets BBQ.
Choose from our current menu offerings. The total cost will be determined by the frequency and quantity of meals and grocery reimbursement. The one consistent you can plan on is $75/hr Chef Fee. Once you commit to a plan, an intake form will be sent your way to fill us in of all your preferences and intolerances.
A $100 Assessment Fee is required which includes a visit to your home, assess space, storage, reorganize as needed, and finalize details. Ask us for an estimate! Let’s talk.
Ways we contribute to a green world are supporting local farmers, using reusable or recyclable products, and choosing sustainability.
When meal prepping the kitchen, whatever scraps are not repurposed will be composted. You might just get some extra sauce with your meals!
We steer clear away from all single use products such as plastic containers for foods, sauces, utensils, etc & try to create as little trash as possible.
