Welcome to Chica Mestiza, by Vino Trece & Co. Because our gourmet craft steak sauces are made in small, artisanal batches from scratch, we extend that same meticulous care and attention to detail to our packaging and fulfillment processes. Please review our shipping schedules, delivery windows, and safety guarantees below.
 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Timelines

To ensure a seamless, predictable checkout experience, we offer a simplified Flat Rate Shipping Fee for all domestic united states orders nationwide. Every package is shipped via premium UPS Ground courier networks with a tracking link sent straight to your inbox the moment your label is generated.
We process and carefully hand-pack orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to prepare and protect your fragile order before it is handed off to the carrier.
Once scanned by UPS, your estimated delivery windows across the United States are as follows:
    • California (In-State): 1 business day transit (Estimated 2–3 days total delivery).
    • West Coast & Southwest (including Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington): 2 business days transit (Estimated 2–4 days total delivery).
    • Central & Midwest States: 3 to 4 business days transit (Estimated 4–6 days total delivery).
    • East Coast & Deep South: 4 to 5 business days transit (Estimated 5–7 days total delivery).

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may experience slight delays during peak federal holidays.
 

🛡️ Premium Safe-Shipping Guarantee

Since we use glass bottles as our vessels, we take structural security very serious. We wrap every individual bottle in specialized, heavy-duty protective cushioning designed to withstand the stress of long-distance transit.
In the rare event that your package encounters rough handling and arrives damaged or broken, do not worry—we fully protect your purchase:
    1. Take a quick photo of the damaged bottle inside the box.
    2. Email the photo along with your Order Number to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
    3. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement bottle to your doorstep completely free of charge.


 

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Due to strict federal health, safety, and food safety regulations governing perishable products and food items, we cannot accept physical returns of food products or opened bottles.
However, your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are deeply unhappy with your flavor experience or if there was a fulfillment error with your order (such as receiving the wrong variation), please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to issue a store credit, an exchange, or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
